My favorite place on this list is Trattoria da Vinci; they have a beautiful patio where you can sit and eat while you enjoy the vibrant, lively energy of downtown St. Paul. I also love the food at Giovanni’s. It’s not the typical Italian restaurant, but it offers a lot of variety and deliciousness!
