Graze Nashville is a testament to the fact that vegan food can be exciting, flavorful, and satisfying for everyone. This restaurant serves only 100% plant-based dishes, and oh God, they are something!

If you’re looking for a tasty breakfast or brunch, try the fluffy blueberry pancakes. They come with plenty of butter and syrup — a must-pick for sugar addicts. Speaking about something more nutritious, we loved their combo meal wholeheartedly! It was a perfectly cooked tofu egg, vegan bacon, and a delicious vegan cheese sauce on a flaky biscuit.

Lunch and dinner options are just as impressive. The non-tuna melt is a standout — it’s cooked with plant-based ingredients that taste like tuna salad. It comes on toasted bread with all the usual toppings. Other great choices are the flavorful tostada appetizers — perfect for sharing — and a variety of salads and bowls.
